Within FLS, the Sequence Engineering team acts as the central coordinator for Special & Ordinary Service Actions, Service Sequences, and cross-competency execution plans. The FLS NXE Sequence Engineering team is the technical authority for Service Sequences within EUV Factory. The team ensures Service Actions can be executed safely, efficiently and first-time-right by connecting manufacturing execution, service strategy and sequence development. As a Sequence Engineer & SMIX Lead, you combine deep sequence expertise with strong stakeholder management capabilities. You are the go-to expert for complex Service Actions and use your operational experience to influence Service Mix quality, sequence readiness and structural improvement initiatives across EF Factory.
