In this strategic role, you’ll lead health and safety programs that protect our people, ensure customer trust, and align with ASM’s global vision. You’ll work closely with regional leadership and global counterparts to ensure our safety standards stay ahead of evolving industry regulations and customer expectations. What you will be working on Lead the execution and continuous improvement of ASM’s Health & Safety (H&S) programs across Japan’s Service region Serve as the main safety leader for the region, partnering with management, service teams, and customer sites to ensure safe
