Compliance Officer Ebury Vilnius Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week About the Role: A compliance officer is a critical second line of defence role responsible for managing the compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures within Ebury. The right candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors, advise on regulatory matters, various stakeholders in the business, develop policies and procedures, ensuring local compliance standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Programme Development & Implementation Regulatory Advisory: Provide expert guidance on the interpretation and application of new and existing financial regulations. Impact Assessments: Conduct regulatory impact assessments for proposed legislative changes, translating complex legal texts into clear, actionable requirements for the business. Policy Governance: Support the drafting and review of internal policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a robust operating envir
