Business Development Manager

Job Description As a Business Development Manager for Youfoodz, you'll be a key driver in expanding our market presence in Western Australia. This is a crucial, high-impact role focused on delivering sales revenue across key retail channels like P&C, Independent Grocery, Health, and non-traditional retail. You'll be the one strengthening our bonds with existing customers while strategically identifying and onboarding exciting new business opportunities. This role is based in Perth South, WA and reports to the National Field Sales Manager. You will… Deliver revenue, margin, and contribution targets within your territory. Achieve monthly performance metrics including distribution, New Product Development (NPD) penetration, and in-store visibility. Develop and implement campaigns and promotions with key Major Store Operator (MSO) customers, aligning activity with internal priorities and customer strategies.
